I wrote a health & fitness blog from 2012 - 2015 ish, with 300-400 posts.
The concepts of eating moderate portions of real food and mixing in a little bit of movement/exercise everyday still hold true, although my transition to functional movement based fitness and plant-based eating make the current Healthy Butter somewhat different.
